By Rosy II Ferry:
Hop aboard our Rosy II from Paradise Yacht Club, departing at 12 PM with return trips at 4 PM and 5 PM.
Because every journey to Goodies begins with wave after wave of good vibes.
If the weather turns stormy, we’ll notify guests as early as possible about any schedule changes. And please note — there are no lifeguards on the beach, so swim responsibly.
Friday to Sunday, 11 AM – 5:30 PM — with sunset sessions on the horizon.
First Beach is open to everyone — and that’s what makes it special.

We’re tucked away on the western tip of Rose Island, Bahamas — just a short boat ride from Paradise Island, Nassau.
- By Boat: Drop anchor off First Beach and wade right in.
- By Ferry: Hop aboard the Rosy II from Paradise Yacht Club, departing 12 PM, returning 4 PM & 5 PM.
- Beach & Bar: No reservation needed — come as you are.
- Lounge: Walk-ins welcome, but seating in paradise fills fast. To secure your shaded seat, towel, and welcome cocktail, reserve via WhatsApp at +1 242 815 4200.
- $50 ++ arriving by private boat
- $100 ++ including round-trip ferry via Rosy II
Both include Lounge access, a towel, and a welcome cocktail.
Goodies is a cashless venue — we accept Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, and Apple Pay — and offer free Starlink Wi-Fi.
Families are welcome during the day (just keep an eye on your little ones). Under 18’s are welcome during the day. Under 18’s are not allowed at the bar.
Food and drinks are served in the Lounge and Bar areas, not on the beach. No outside food or drinks are allowed in Goodies.
We’ve got plenty of vegetarian and gluten-free options — just let your server know your preferences.
We love little furs but only service dogs are allowed into Goodies on a leash.
